Earlier this year we opened ourselves up to a series of questions from a panel of new and previous clients and employees. Below, for your own benefit, is a sample of the questions asked and how we responded. We hope you find everything you need within this page. How have you grown and achieved so much during a period of economic downturn?
Our industry is relatively unique in this regard. The economy, the stock market, even the time of year all play such a huge factor in so many big businesses. Our greatest quality comes in that no matter what situation a company is in. They need what we bring, which are: more customers. Denver Executives operate on a model with a higher success rate that any other marketing strategy. As such, we are confident, as our model is so well proven, we give a financial guarantee on our results. Why is your model and marketing style so much more effective?
In the past Denver Executives experimented with broad, mass media advertising campaigns. We found them to be expensive and ineffective. Studies in 2014 found that 86% of people skip past TV, Radio and online advertisements. Companies invest millions of dollars into advertisements that are watched by only 14% of the audience they reach, of those 14% only a fraction are potential customers, and of those potential customers, only a fraction will actually buy. We run targeted, specialized and intelligent direct marketing campaigns. Creating a bridge from our clients specifically to their preferred demographic. Specifically, now our focus is on in-store events and demonstrations, corporate functions and conferences. Our dedicated communications team do all the lead generation and customer acquisitions on our client’s behalf.
Specifically how are new customers acquired?
Every client and campaign is different. However we can guarantee that every new client we take on goes through an in-depth analysis of their current business position, marketing budget, target market, current marketing systems and their specific growth goals. With this information, we go on to custom build a marketing strategy which is going to be both efficient and cost effective. Our dedicated communications and customer acquisitions departments take your message direct to the customer, speaking to them at our events, corporate functions or conferences allow us to proactively approach only your desired clientele as we build trust, brand awareness and most importantly long lasting, committed and loyal customers.
How can you ensure that the quality of your employees matches up with my company values and standards?
When we first started working with Fortune 500 companies they identified this as their only concern. Their branding, reputation and customer satisfaction was the only area they could see a potential pitfall. If our acquisitions team didn’t conduct themselves to the highest of standards a company’s character and good standing could be tarnished. To combat this situation we established a comprehensive interview process to ensure the absolute quality of each and every employee in our business.
How specifically does the recruitment process work?
The recruitment process begins with an intelligent, well penned and very specific job advertisement, we insist on only having serious, quality candidates apply, from there we select the top twenty percent of applications and have them contacted by our dedicated recruitment team. The recruitment team then identifies half of the remaining candidates to be brought in for a preliminary interview, this stage of the process is always conducted specifically by one of our Managing Directors to ensure quality. The Managing Director will shortlist around twenty percent of the candidates to attend an assessment day where the candidate will see first had our operations whilst completing a series of tasks designed to test an individuals understanding of the role and aptitude for the position. If selected to go beyond the second round of interviewing the candidates will have a final interview with the Managing Director before a decision is made following a review of all the other applicants.
Every member of the Management team across our whole organization was recruited internally, we will never hire a person directly into a management role, leadership, trust and loyalty are not attributes that can be given they must be earned, in keeping with that belief we train every Manager from entry level up, improving the credibility of all our Management team and ensuring the commitment to quality and excellence that Denver Executives stands for.
